Adjustment In Price For Increases In Production Cost
ADJUSTMENT IN PRICE FOR INCREASES IN PRODUCTION COST
1. Buyer agrees to pay seller $ [Amount to pay per unit] per unit within days of delivery.
2. The base price reflects sellers current operating costs including prevailing costs of labor and materials necessary to produce [Description of goods]. In the event sellers costs of producing increase for reasons beyond the sellers control, seller may, upon [Days to notify of increase] days notice, increase the base price in an amount not to exceed the actual increase in sellers cost of production. Upon written request the seller shall furnish the buyer with documentation of the increased costs of production.
